Pam – Office Manager

Pam has been with Woodgrove Dental since December, 1982, starting as a dental assistant before moving t the office manager in 1984. She has enjoyed becoming friends with many patients and watching their families grow throughout the years.

Pam and her husband live in Woodbury. They enjoy traveling, gardening and family time.


Sarah Impola – Office Manager

Sarah has been in dental field for over 20 years and loves it! She recently started with Woodgrove Dental as the office manager at the Cottage Grove location.

Sarah has three boys and lives in Woodbury with her husband, two dogs and three cats. She stays busy with two boys in baseball, boating and dog training.


Cheryl – Patient Coordinator

Cheryl has been with Woodgrove Dental for 20 years. During that time she has enjoyed getting to know all of the patients and their families.

She loves doing things with her family and five grandchildren.

Cheryl enjoys working in her garden and yard. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Louie, who is a lot of fun to have around.


Diane – Patient Coordinator

Diane graduated from the University of Minnesota program in Dental Hygiene in 1973 and spent many years practicing dental hygiene around the Twin Cities. She has spent the last six years as part of the business staff at Woodgrove Dental, where she enjoys helping patients and keeping current with the dental field.

Diane spends her free time involved with her three children, six grandchildren and lots of extended family. She also enjoys spending time reading, cooking and creating lots of costumes for dance and theatre.


Hillary – Patient Coordinator

Hillary joined the Woodgrove Dental team in 2012. Hillary loves helping in all areas of the clinic from assisting the doctors and hygienist, to helping patients feel welcomed.

Hillary lives in Oakdale with her significant other, dog and two cats.

Hillary loves spending time outdoors gardening, going walking, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.


Kari – Patient Coordinator

Kari joined Woodgrove Dental in 2010 as a patient coordinator. Her favorite part of working at Woodgrove Dental is building relationships with patients and coworkers as well as the relationships with the doctors.

Kari lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and two girls. Outside of work, Kari enjoys spending time up north and being with friends and family.


Angie – Dental Assistant

Angie has worked at Woodgrove Dental for nine years. She lives in western Wisconsin with her husband.

She likes to travel, fishing and is an avid Minnesota sports fan.


April – Dental Assistant

April has been a Licensed Dental Assistant for 20 years and has worked at Woodgrove Dental for the past nine years.

She is married and has a daughter who attend college in Colorado.

April enjoys going on hikes with her dog, Piglet, cooking and travel.


Sara – Dental Assistant

Sara joined the Woodgrove Dental team in 2008 and loves every aspect of assisting Dr. Raitor. Her ultimate favorite part is watching kids grow, going through stages of treatment and overall results.

Sara lives in the east metro with her husband and two children.

Outside work Sara enjoys going to the lake, spending time with family and making memories.


Sue – Dental Assistant

Sue has been in the dental field for 41 years and at Woodgrove Dental for 25 years. She really enjoy interacting with all of our patients.

Sue has lived in Cottage Grove for 42 years.

Sue loves spending time with family, friends and travelling.


Jean – Dental Hygienist

Jean has been with the Woodgrove Dental team since 1994 after graduating from Normandale College.

She grew up and lives in Cottage Grove with her husband, two teenage daughters, two dogs and a cat.

Her favorite part of working at the practice has been all of the relationships she has built with patients and coworkers throughout the years.

In her spare time Jean enjoys volunteering, reading and spending time with her family.


Kristin – Dental Hygienist

Kristin has 25 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She says it has been a privilege treating the patients of Woodgrove Dental for 15 of those years.

A true Iron ranger at heart, Kristin lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and daughter now.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, shopping and happy hour.


Michele – Dental Hygienist

Michele has been practicing dental hygiene for 40 years and has been with Woodgrove Dental the last 10 years. She is married with three grown children and five grandchildren.

Michele enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with her family.


Sheila – Dental Hygienist

Sheila is a University of Minnesota graduate and has been with our team since 1998. Her favorite part of working at Woodgrove Dental is getting to know patients and their families. One of her top priorities is educating patients to help them reach their dental goals.

Sheila has lived in Woodbury for over 20 years with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering at church and cheering on her two favorite teams. Go Vikings and Twins!





My name is Sonali and I’m a Dental Hygienist. I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2002, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. I joined Woodgrove Dental in 2015 and am proud to be a part of a friendly and patient oriented team. I enjoy constantly learning what’s new in dental hygiene and prevention. I believe in empowering my patients with knowledge to care for their oral health and general well being.

I live locally with my fantastic husband Nirav and my amazing kids Ishana and Armaan. In my free time I like to volunteer at schools or non profit organizations, travel, and cook.

DeeAnn – Dental Hygienist

DeeAnn graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Psychology in 1997. She returned to school to complete an A.S. Degree in Dental Hygiene from Normandale Community College in 2005.

DeeAnn joined Woodgrove Dental in 2006. She volunteers at a Community Medical & Dental Clinic in Red Wing, MN. DeeAnn enjoys working with patients of all ages & is dedicated to providing the most enjoyable dental experience.

She & her husband Mark enjoy outdoor activities which include hiking, bicycling, boating & travel.
